4. Services Description

SHPS Alazanishop operates St.Bunny, a restaurant located at 31 Alexander Griboedov Street in Tbilisi, Georgia.

St.Bunny provides dine-in restaurant services as well as takeaway and food delivery within Tbilisi. Customers can order ready-to-eat

meals and beverages for consumption at the restaurant, takeaway or delivery.

The restaurant also offers wine tasting experiences, culinary classes, private events, birthday celebrations, corporate groups and

group dining experiences.

Wine tasting experiences introduce guests to Georgian wines and local winemaking traditions and are conducted at the restaurant according to the selected experience and confirmed booking.

Culinary classes are guided, on-site experiences and may include ingredients, cooking equipment, instructor support, food and

beverages as specified in the selected experience.

Private events and group bookings may include birthday celebrations, corporate gatherings, group dining and other special occasions organized at the restaurant.

5. Payment & Delivery Terms

5.1 General Payment Terms

Payments may be made online for restaurant services, food orders, takeaway and delivery, wine tasting experiences, culinary classes, private events and other bookable experiences.

Full or partial prepayment may be required depending on the type of service and the applicable booking conditions.

5.2 Wine Tastings, Culinary Classes & Events

Full prepayment may be required at the time of booking for wine tasting experiences, culinary classes and private events, depending

on the booking conditions of the selected service.

These services are provided in person at the St.Bunny restaurant in Tbilisi, Georgia.

Where prepayment is required, the booking is confirmed after successful payment.

5.3 Food Orders — Dine-in, Takeaway & Delivery

Customers may place orders for food and beverages for dine-in, takeaway or delivery.

Takeaway orders can be collected from the restaurant.

Delivery is available within Tbilisi and may be carried out by the restaurant’s staff or third-party delivery services.

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on the delivery location, order volume, traffic conditions and other external factors.

5.4 Order Issues & Refunds — Food Orders

If a prepared or delivered order does not match the confirmed order, including a wrong item, missing item or incorrect preparation,

the customer may be entitled to a full or partial refund depending on the circumstances.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 3 business days after the issue has been reviewed and verified.

5.5 Cancellation & Refund Policy — Wine Tastings, Culinary Classes & Events

Customer-initiated cancellations are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the specific booking conditions.

If a confirmed service is cancelled by the company, the customer is entitled to a 100% refund of the amount paid for that service.

Refunds are processed via the original payment method or bank transfer within 3 business days.

5.6 Fraud Prevention & Payment Security

The company reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order or booking in cases of suspected fraud, unauthorized transactions or

misuse of payment methods.

6. What the Customer Pays For

Depending on the selected service, the customer may pay for:

  • Restaurant services and dine-in experiences

  • Food and beverages

  • Takeaway orders

  • Food delivery and applicable delivery charges

  • Participation in wine tasting experiences

  • Participation in on-site culinary classes

  • Ingredients, equipment and instructor services included in culinary classes

  • Food and beverages included as part of a booked experience

  • Private events and group bookings

  • Birthday celebrations and special occasions

  • Corporate and group dining experiences

  • Reservation deposits, where applicable

Any applicable price, deposit or prepayment requirement is communicated to the customer before the order or booking is confirmed.

No additional or hidden charges are applied beyond the price and applicable fees communicated during the ordering or booking

process.
